Product Description
These alloy steel round bars are manufactured in compliance with JIS G 4304-2005, available in 34CrNiMo6 and SUM24L grades, designed for boiler, heat exchanger and high‑temperature thermal equipment applications.
34CrNiMo6 is a high‑strength quenched and tempered alloy steel with excellent toughness, fatigue resistance and high temperature stability, ideal for heavy‑load structural parts and shafts. SUM24L is a free‑cutting steel grade offering superior machinability, smooth surface finish and dimensional accuracy, suitable for precision machined fittings and connectors.
Produced by hot rolling, cold drawing or forging process, the round bars feature uniform structure, stable mechanical properties and precise diameter tolerance. Surface is bright, black or peeled as required.
Widely used in boiler accessories, heat exchanger components, power station equipment, thermal machinery and high‑temperature pipeline parts. Strict inspection ensures reliable performance under high temperature and pressure conditions.
